Happy Friday everyone! Today’s Outlook video tip is small, but very helpful…at least I’ve always thought so. This has been available for several (if not all) prior versions of Outlook.
There’s a setting for each Outlook folder (Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, etc.) that displays the number of items. There are two options for this setting and each option has a different color associated with it. If you choose to display the number of unread items the color is blue, but if you choose to display the total number of items the color is green. I know how much people like color-coding stuff, so I thought it would be helpful to share this small, but helpful feature.
Check out the video to see how it’s done.
Thank you and have a great day!
